We don’t want to be the biggest building company- instead, we strive to be known for consistent delivery, quality, and exceptional, trusted customer service.

Western Australia’s recent building boom has seen many large building companies over promise, over commit and under deliver. They took on too many homes and are now unable to source the materials and resources they need to deliver on those contracts.

At 40 Homes, we will only ever build 40 homes at a time. This means we will never over capitalise and take on more than we can comfortably achieve. Our clients can be assured their house will be built when we say it will be, at the cost they expect.

We will never substitute quality and customer service for profit.

Our builders are professionals who believe in building homes to a high standard. All our builds adhere to Australian Building Standards NCC (National Construction Code), and our team are qualified and experienced with variety of builds (any design, any location). They hold all appropriate building licences, broking and financial licences, and relevant insurances.
